I accept payment through Paypal & credit card via Stripe. I will never have access to your card details.
You can choose to print the order details and you will be sent an order confirmation by email (please ensure you put your email address in correctly)
A receipt will be emailed with all orders.
Delivery/Shipping
I try as often as possible to ship same day but it might be up to 3 working days depending on how busy I am. If your order is urgent or required for a specific date (eg because it is a birthday gift) do email and let me know and I’ll do my utmost to post same-day. I can often post Next Day Guaranteed – get in touch and I’ll quote you for this.
All original prints and paintings are sent tracked and insured.

Couriers & Royal Mail often now work from your post code to manage deliveries. It is therefore very important to ensure that your delivery address is included in full and include the correct postcodes. This will help to enable swift and accurate delivery of your order.
I cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or loss where an incorrect address or post code is given. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect in any way I’ll do my best to track it down but no refund will be given unless / until the parcel is returned to me by the courier as non-deliverable. I reserve the right to charge for any costs I incur from the delivery companies because of incorrect addressing.
International orders
All international orders are sent tracked and insured.
Orders that are to be shipped out of the UK may incurr customs duties, taxes or other costs related to ensuring your order passes through customs and arrives at its stated destination. You the buyer are responsible for paying all of these costs. By placing an order with me you accept this responsibility. If you do not pay these costs and the order does not reach its destination, I will not refund any of your money.
Refunds
I must be notified of faulty or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt to enable me to replace goods or provide a credit.
I offer a money back guarantee on all goods. I am happy to exchange or credit for any goods you are not satisfied with (return postage is not refunded), if you return them in resaleable condition. A £4.00 restocking/admin charge will apply to larger orders. Refund does not include any shipping costs. Returns must be adequately packaged, preferably in a carton, as I cannot credit for any goods damaged while being returned. PLEASE NOTE that this DOES NOT apply to items that have been printed on demand – tshirts, jumpers, mugs, giclee prints. These have been printed to order & I cannot resell them. I will of course provide a refund if a print-on-demand item is faulty.
Packaging
As much as possible I dispatch orders in re-used, second hand jiffy-type-bags or boxes with largely recycled packaging materials etc. from in-coming orders received by me. If the packaging (envelopes etc) is new then it will be 100% recycled. Any packing tape is cellulose or paper-based and compostable. Naturally much of the this packaging can be re-used, recycled or composted – please recycle it (after all that’s the raw material for your next order!).
Occasionally I’ll have to wrap something in plastic to prevent rain damage. Where this is the case I try to reuse stuff that’s been sent to me.
Packaging from the print-on-demand company is plastic-free, apart from the packaging protecting framed prints. All packaging is recyclable.
Privacy Policy
I am dedicated to my customers’ privacy and will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used to track how people are using the site (for example, to let us know which products get the most views) so I can improve my services. Data collected by this site is used to:

b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
